The ideas of UNITY and the CONGRESS of diaspora (should be all Tamils) Tamils are very welcome but then both the ideas were there in the World Tamil Congress/Forum on which wide sections of diaspora are already working. It looks we are great in dividing in the name of unity! What is mistaken is the idea of governance which is really legitimate for only the Tamil speaking Nations of Eelam and Tamilnadu and others have no riht to usurp it. What others can do is to assist the Tamil speaking Nations,in particular Eelam, at this critical time. The greatest assistance is to increase the awareness of the world to the plight of the Eelam Tamils and their broad right of self determination. Even if one was to ignore the principle of governance for the sake of unity, why wait till 31st December 2009 to draft something when the plight of Tamils in Eelam is so desperate? Let us ask ourselves whether it is ego or unity we are after.

Problem is educated tamils have too much ego and think their thinking is right if no one agree to get angry and form another party or group.All want to be leaders and no one want to say they are working with all tamils.

One has to ask why there were so many rebel groups. Even sangar could not accept sambanthan since he think he sat next to sjv in parliament but sangari was a school teacher for primary kids in JHC in 1962. sinhalese have managed to divide and rule tamils in eelam and now they will do the same among diaspora by sending armines who fought eelam as diplomats abroad.Take Unite for tamil nation for god sake.

It will be a lot easier for the World Tamil Congress/Forum to take roots than the novel idea of a Provisional Transnational Government(PTG) which could take its own course to get established. There are several pressing problems that need urgent attention and for which the formation of the PTG cannot be simply awaited. Action has to start straight away and should get pushed forward with an intense Force.

As the Tamil Diaspora all over the world is talking too much about and on behalf of the Tamils living in Sri Lanka in a rather arrogant way without even trying to get a sense of what an average Tamil in Sri Lanka is thinks about the LTTE and Tamil Eelam, I think I should first of introduce myself before sharing my thoughts with you. I proudly say that I am not part of the Tamil Diaspora; I am a Tamil living in Sri Lanka.

The pro-LTTE Tamil Diaspora, if I am asked to comment on its political position on the ethnic conflict in the recent past, is simply STUPID. The diaspora did not make any request to the LTTE to release the civilians caught in the Mullivaikal area during the last days of the war. When they demanded a ceasefire in the Wanni, they also carried Tiger flags in their hands. When you talked on behalf of US-- the ones living in Sri Lanka-- why should you hold the Tiger flag? In my opinion you were not oncerned about the innocent civilians caught between the Sri Lankan Army's shells and the LTTE's guns at all. You only wanted to save the LTTE.

Now you have come up with another slogan -- Provisional Transnational Government. All I can say is that the majority of the Tamils living in Jaffna do not want to believe in the myth called Tamil Eelam anymore, but you can create a separate state out of New York or London or Paris! What we, the Tamils living in Sri Lanka want first of all is peace. We want a gun-free society before thinking about a political solution to the ethnic question. Allmilitant movements-- the EPDP, TMVP, the remaining LTTE-- should be disarmed immediately. The Tamil leadership in the future should be democratic. We don't want any dictators.

There are thousands of people awaiting in the IDP camps, looking for food and basic facilities. The pressing need of our times is their resettlement. The Tamil Diaspora should urge the International Community to press the GOSL to start the immediate resettlement of the IDPs; but please don't carry slogans supporting the LTTE once again at your demonstrations!

The contents are fully compatible with the draft objectives of the WTC/WTF proposed by some. Let us all get together and make the WTF/WTC a reality ASAP. The WTC/WTF can remain a diaspora organisation fighting for the welfare of world Tamils but currently concentrating all its activities on the plight of Eelam Tamils. The diaspora is to be defined as all Tamils living outside the Eelam Tamil Speaking Nation and the Tamilnadu Tamil speaking Nations and this definition includes all Tamils who escaped their homeland to better themselves on their own and/or force of circumstances. The diaspora Tamils cannot constitute a Nation as they do not have a claim to any territory or other factors necessary but have to advance themselves in their places of resience as multicultural societies but certainly should be able to establish links with the two Tamil speaking Nations which will be mutually advantageous. So the diaspora has a self interest in promoting the Eelam Tamils. Also a diaspora congress will be advantageous in the future when living conditions n many countries may become diffiult.

Anonymous2 of 26th June 2009, I am aware that there are few Tamils like you in Sri Lanka and it is not necessarily that you are a pretending Sinhalese but that is besides the point. The point is that you are calling the diaspora stupid because the diaspora did not echo the voice of the GOSL and even the IC asking the LTTE to allow the civilians out of the "safe zone". The truth is that not only the diaspora but even if the LTTE had asked, the civilians would not have moved out BECAUSE THEY ANTICIPATED WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO THEM IN THE CONCENTRATION CAMPS. If your government would allow independent observers to the camps, the people would say life in Wanni was far better than in the camps and that they would prefer to go back to their homes. They dispersed from the "safe zone" under the heaviest artillery shelling and aerial bombing of cluster bombs, chemicals and gases. That is why your government is not allowing independent media or foreign aid agencies. Your government want Sinhalese to earn money by collecting 100 pounds for a toilet costing 20 pounds. Looking after IDPs Colonisation and the like have become money making ventures for you and your govt. Before wanting to release the civilians from the safe zone, did you find out who created the safe zone and asked the people to go there? Why did your government create a safe zone in an LTTE defence area instead of creating outside the war zone? This was done with the clear idea of genocide of Tamils. You should ask those who drove the civilians out of the safe zone and not the diaspora to look after the civilians. Why are you blaming the diaspora when your government is not allowing the shipload of relief items sent by the diaspora. It is no point in wasting more time on people like you but a last reminder that if not for the LTTE, there will not be any Tamil left in Sri Lanka The diaspora need to think of how to stop the completion of the genocide particularly since the LTTE is no longer there.

TK, Resistance always help to minimise the oppression by the enemy and that is a universal rule in life and nature and the method of resistance is always determined by the enemy. Of course resitance could be a hindrance to those who is only aim is to sacrifice fellow beings in order to be in the good books of the enemy. தலைவர் அவர்கள் உயிரோடு இருப்பதற்கான வாய்ப்பு ஒரு சிறுதுளி கூட இருக்காதா என உலகத் தமிழர் மனங்கள் ஏங்குவதும் இயல்பானது தான். நமது வாழ்க்கையில் அறிவு ஏற்கும் ஒரு விடயத்தை மனம் ஏற்க மறுப்பதும் பல தடவைகளில் நடந்து விடுவது தான்.

எவ்வளவு விரைவில் மனதினை அறிவு வெல்கிறது என்பது அவரவர் சிந்தனைத்திறனின் கூர்மையினைப் பொறுத்தது.

தலைவர் அவர்கள் உயிரோடு இருப்பதாக தற்போதும் நம்பும் மக்கள் நாளாந்தம் தமது அறிவுக்கும் மனதுக்குமிடையே போராடி வருகிறார்கள்.

தலைவரின் வீரச்சாவினை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு வணக்கம் செலுத்த மறுப்பதலாலேயே இவர்களது மனப்போராட்டம் தொடர்கிறது. குழப்பம் நீடிக்கிறது.

ஆனால், மக்கள் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள மாட்டார்கள் எனும் காரணமும் தலைவரின் வீரச்சாவினை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள மறுப்பதற்குக் கூறப்படுகிறது. இது அவலமான ஒரு முரண்பாடு.

தலைவர் அவர்கள் வீரச்சாவடைந்தமை தெரிந்திருந்தும் அதனை மறுப்பதும் மறைப்பதும் ஒரு அடிப்படை நேர்மையீனம்.

இந்த நேர்மையீனம் சுயநலத்தின் அடிப்படையிலிருந்து எழுகிறது என வாதிட நான் முன்வரவில்லை. மாறாக, எந்தப் பொதுநோக்கு காரணமாவும் நாம் நேர்மையீனத்தை நியாயப்படுத்திவிட முடியாது.

பொறுப்பானவர்கள் மக்களுக்கு உண்மையைக்கூற வேண்டும். தலைவர் விடயத்தில் அறிவுக்கும் மனதுக்குமிடையில் நாளாந்தம் போராடிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் மக்களின் உணர்வுகளுடன் விளையாடக்கூடாது. இவ்வாறு விளையாடுவது மக்களுக்கு இழைக்கும் மிகப் பெரிய அநீதி.

தலைவர் அவர்கள் உயிரோடு இருக்கிறாரா இல்லையா என்ற சர்ச்சை இனியும் தொடர அனுமதிக்கக்கூடாது. இந்தக் குழப்பம் நீடிக்கக்கூடாது. இந்தக் குழப்பம் நீடிக்குமாயின் தமிழீழ மக்களின் அரசியல் எதிர்காலம் மேலும் சிதைந்து சின்னாபின்னமாகி விடும்.

வெளிநாடுகளில் தலைவர் அவர்கள் வீரச்சாவு அடைந்து விட்டார் என்பதனை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டால் போராட்டச் செயற்பாட்டுக்கான கட்டமைப்பு உடைந்து சிதைவுற்று விடும் என்ற காரணம் கூறப்படுகிறது.

அந்தக் கட்டமைப்பு சிதைவுற்றுவிடின் போராட்டத்திற்காகச் செய்ய வேண்டிய பணிகள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு விடும் என்று பயம் எழுந்துள்ளது.

இதனால், உரியவர்கள் தமது சிந்தனையைக் கூர்மைப்படுத்தி மிகத் தெளிவான முடிவை எடுப்பது அவசியம்.

Point1. I never saw LTTE flag on any of the procession I went. I saw only NATIONAL flag, photoes of injured and killed civilians and national leader under whose leadership the Eelam Tamils were fighting.

Point2. Dear diaspora Tamils, please don't get diverted by foolish arguments such as our activities will harm our people. These are threats by Sri Lankan agents. We know what is our duty, and let's do our duty, leave the result to God.

Point3. We have connection to Tamil ealm citizens. We support them to the hilt --it is our duty. Some agents will try to confuse us by saying, "you are safe, that is why you talk about freedom; why don't you go and fight/live in Ealam if you care about Eelam so much". Tell them, "I don't need your advice. I will help my people wherever I live. It is my duty. My acts are dictated by my people in Ealam, not by you or any one who tries to confuse the diaspora. Go and find who helped Israelites to their freedom. It is the Isralie Diaspora in US and other western countries."

Point4. Please do not, I repeat please do not waste time arguing with Morans. But please be mindful that there people who genuinely feel that our actions would harm our people in Eelam. Don't ridicule those friends. These people are genuine; but they think diffrent to others. We need to understand them and talk to them in a civilised manner and find out what do they mean by "harm", when they make such statements; and convince them that it is not the case. If we could not convince them then we are at fault and we have to try again to convince...

Thank you editor for publishing my views. I never got an opportunity to articulate my views in Sri Lanka. Either the GOSL, or the LTTE or the para-military groups would have killed me for saying these things, and put the blame on the other.

My response: OK, good. The Sri Lankan government is driven with Sinhala-Buddhist chauvinism. The Tamils would not have felt any sort of relief in those camps. I agree. Even I can\'t identify myself with the government or any of the para-military groups operating in the North and East. Then the LTTE should have laid down their arms. The LTTE said that it was fighting for our rights. Ultimately they themselves said that they would silence the guns for the people\'s sake. They could have done it before and saved thousand of civilians. The Tamil diaspora could have asked the LTTE to do so before. We the Tamils in Sri Lanka are really scared to open our mouths. The LTTE never allowed any of us to articulate our views. But your case was different. The LTTE relied on you for money. They would have considered your request if you had made one before so many thousands of people died.

Do you think that the LTTE would have allowed the people to move into an area where they (the LTTE) were not present? OK, you may call it the National Flag. Sri Lanka is a communal, majoritarian state. There is no question. The Tamils and the other minorities have no place in that country. This was the basic reason for the emergence of the conflict. I think all of us agree on this point. Therefore we needed a separate state. My point is \"can we or the LTTE build a separate state on our own, only with the help of the diaspora?\" Please tell me a single country in the world which influences the trends of current geo-politics that supports Tamil Eelam? America, the UK, France, China, India, Russia... No none of them supports us. No political party, except for the TNA, in Sri Lanka supports Tamil Eelam. You gave us the example of Israel. Of course America supported it. It was in the past. We are insignificant people for much of the influential world. They don\'t care us since we are not politically important for any of them. It is good that you r trying to get the support of America and other countries. But all these countries hated the LTTE. They saw the LTTE as terrorists. The LTTE did not do anything erase that image. It continued to prove that it was terrorist outfit. When the SLA bombed the villages in the North-East the LTTE retaliated and carried out suicide attacks in the South which resulted in the death of many Sinhala people. The LTTE killed all the Tamils who articulated their views for the good of the Tamil community just because their views conflicted with the LTTE (I don\'t refer to people like Lakshman Kadirgamar, who of course said tons of lies. Personally I don\'t agree with killings. so killing Kadirgamar was also wrong). All these things became counter-productive. We are really tired after this prolonged armed resistance. It has led us nowhere. (Again you might say that if not for the LTTE the IC would not have got to know about this struggle. But I dont totally agree with the view, because you-- the diaspora-- could have dissociated yourselves from the LTTE and started a democratic, non-violent resistance, and provided us with a new leadership, and thereby prevented the LTTE from making the Tamil resistance appear terrorism before the eyes of the IC). All in all I would say that the LTTE was wrong in its political stratergy. That\'s y I don\'t want to call what you call the national flag the national flag.

About the Provisional Transnational Government: I think I should not have commented on this earlier before seeing how it is going to be formed and its ideology, etc. My apologies.

What I would say is that this PTG should be more inclusive and broader in its vision than the LTTE\'s Tamil Eelam. It should recognise the rights of Muslims and even the Sinhalese living in the North-East. (the latter is a tiny majority). It should be a secular state. It should demonstrate that a non-Tamil could also become the President/ Prime Minister of this nation. It should demonstrate that it is different from the majoritarian, non-secular structure of the Sri Lankan state in every way. If we are committed to eliminating discrimination, we should make sure that we don\'t discriminate against anyone. Finally, this state should be democratic and the value of the voice of each of its citizens should be recognised.

Anonymous 2, Nobody likes violence and armed struggle. Neither the Tamils of eelam nor any other oppressed people anytime anywhere in the world took to arms in the first place to resolve their grievances. I am not sure how old you are but if you are young not to have experienced nor read the past history, ask elders around you how peaceful satyagraha by Tamils was suppressed by armed oppression of State Terrorism and Chauvinist hooliganism sandwiched with discrimination in employment, education and even in marketting of agricultural goods produced from our homeland. Added to these the 6th amendment prohibitting peaceful campaign for separation led to the armed resistance. Whatever the shortcomings may be, if LTTE did not resort to armed resistance, the genocide of Tamils wouldhave been completed long ago. It is very easy to fabricate stories of the "With LTTE" scenario but difficult to imagine the "Without LTTE" scenario unless you had faced the music of the period from independence to the 1983 progrom. With such a history nobody can ask the LTTE ONLY to silence the guns. A ceasefire is one where both sides silence the guns and the 2002 ceasfire was unilaterally abrogated by the government after probably obtaining "OK" from the world powers for assistance to go to the "Finish". I do not know who advised the last minute "silencing of guns" but they never came to the rescue against the massacre of more than 30000 with cluster bombs, chemical weapons, artillery shelling and aerial bombardment with the help from more than 20 countries including arch enemies India, China and Pakistan. Yes Tamils with the dhoby mark of LTTE was forced into armed resistance but lost in the "end". Peace was theft and war was robbery. Obviously the Tamils made mistakes as otherwise they would not have lost. Now the theft in peace has started with everyone including the UN ignoring us. We have to find our mistakes and correct them if we are to survive. The biggest mistake by Diaspora and even Tamils at home is that they thought they have given a subcontract to LTTE and became a cheering squad without joining the struggle and now some even blaming the LTTE. As usual the enemy will determine the nature (armed or otherwise) of the next phase of struggle. The enemy with his recent "success" is not going to resolve the issues peacefully and we have to jointly face the music. Now is the time to remind the IC to force a solution in the absence of the LTTE but be prepared to be fooled around. The only path open to us is to appeal to the people of the world, particularly the oppressed ones and also wherever possible take advantage of the geopolitical battles. Unity of the world Tamils is the bedrock of such a strategy simply because the Tamils are being abducted, tortured and killed for being Tamils. I think the "WILL TO SURVIVE" will lead us there. With reference to the second point of civilians, I also have friends with relatives in the war zone and the stories I heard were different. Without calling each other names let us watch for independent reports from the detention camps which have started slowly leaking. We will come to know whether the civilians were there on their own or not. In the last few months at least LTTE did not have the resources to to fight the greatest militry threat on earth and also to force 300000 people with them. The reason why the GOSL created the "Safe Zone" in the LTTE defence area and not outside was to accuse the LTTE of human shields and at the same time kill the civilians along with the LTTE which is part of the genocide. If the safe zone was outside, then whoever moved with the LTTE was on their own choice BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BEYOND ALL IMAGINATION TO BOMB A SAFE ZONE outside the war zone although I would not completely rule that out from what they are doing to the civilians in the detention camps WHICH IS SIMPLY PEACEFUL GENOCIDE. What the Diaspora should do now is to campaign against this peaceful genocide and not drafting constitution for an "INTERNET GOVERNMENT" in the forseeable future.

I stand by what I wrote here. I am only saying what people in the camps have told their relatives.

Just because we are able to organize massive rallies and some of us are more vociferous than others is in no way meaning that we are able to help our brethren.

Just look at the Cuban diaspora Miami. They do have political influence although to somewhat in decline for the past several years. Are they able to be helpful to their relatives in Cuba?

TK, Ram Mohan in his comment above has covered most of the points you have raised and so I do not want to repeat them here.

Do you really believe that we are going to have a gun-free society so easily? You can be sure that is not going to happen so easily until and unless the Sinhala government has ensured that the Tamils have become totally submissive, which again I can assure you will NEVER happen. If some in the so-called international community look at the LTTE like a scare-crow, well we cannot help it. Nobody can under-estimate the positive contribution the LTTE has made for the liberation of our community, whatever its failings may be.

If you can cotribute your might in whatever little way to increase the intensity of media coverage and publicity by other means for the atrocities commited by the Sri Lankan government,you are most welcome to do so.

""மக்களின் துன்ப துயரங்களில் பங்கு கொண்டு, அவர்களின் சுமைகளை நாமும் தாங்கி, கஷ்டங்களைப் போக்குவதற்கு திட்டமிட்டு செயலாற்றுவதுதான் உண்மையான அரசியல் வேலை.''

அதாவது, அரசியல் வேலைத் திட்டங்கள் யாவும், பன்முகப் பார்வை கொண்ட மக்களின் விடிவிற்கானதாக இருக்க வேண்டுமென்பதே இதன் உட்பொருளாகும். போராட்ட வடிவங்கள் மாறினாலும் மக்களின் விடுதலை என்கிற அடிப்படை நோக்கிலிருந்து அவை விலகிச் செல்லக் கூடாது.

மாறும் வடிவங்கள், புவிசார் அரசியலைப் புரிந்து முற்போக்கான பாதையொன்றை தெரிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்.

அதாவது போராட்ட முறைமைகளில் காத்திரமான விமர்சனங்களை முன் வைக்கும் வெகுஜன இயக்கங்களை இனங் காண வேண்டிய கடப்பாடு மக்களுக்கு உண்டு.

புலம்பெயர் தமிழ் மக்களுக்கும் இப் பொறுப்பு உண்டு. ஐ.நா. மனித உரிமைப் பேரவையில் இலங்கைக்கு ஆதரவாகப் பெரும் பரப்புரைப் பணியாற்றிய கியூபா தேசத்தின், அரசியலை இனியாவது புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

இடதுசாரிகள் எனப்படுவோர், பிரிந்து செல்லும் சுய நிர்ணய உரிமைக் கோட்பாட்டிற்கு எதிரானவர்கள் என்கிற தவறான கருத்தினை, தேசிய இன விடுதலையை முன்னெடுக்கும் சில சக்திகள் பிரசாரப்படுத்துகின்றன.

மேற்குலக, இந்திய ஆதரவுடன் விடுதலை வென்றெடுக்கப்படும் என்கிற, பூர்சுவா சிந்தனையுடன் செயலாற்றும் முதலாளித்துவ வாதிகளுக்கு பொதுவுடமைவாதிகள் எதிராளிகளாகத் தென்படுவது ஆச்சரியத்திற்குரியதல்ல. உதாரணமாக தோழர் சண்முகதாசன் தலைமையில் தீண்டாமைக்கு எதிராக யாழ். குடாவில் நடத்தப்பட்ட வெகுஜனப் போராட்டங்களை, வியட்நாம் போன்றொரு நிலைமையை உருவாக்க அங்கு சிலர் முயற்சிக்கிறார்களென்று திரிபுபடுத்திய, தமிழினத் தலைவர்களும் எமது வரலாற்றில் உண்டு.

ஆகவே தமிழினத்தின் சுய நிர்ணய உரிமை என்கிற பிறப்புரிமையை ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளும் முற்போக்குச் சக்திகளுடன் ஒன்றிணைந்து அடுத்த கட்ட போராட்ட நகர்வினை முன்னெடுக்க வேண்டிய காலத்தின் தேவை உணரப்படுகிறது. வடக்கு, கிழக்குத் தமிழ் மக்களை, நாடாளுமன்றில் பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்தும் தமிழ் தேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பினர், பரந்துபட்டு செயற்படும் முற்போக்கு அணியினருடன் ஒரு பொது வேலைத்திட்டத்தின் அடிப்படையில் இணையலாம்.

அதேவேளை, தேசிய இன விடுதலைக்கான ஆயுதப் போராட்டமானது பிராந்திய வல்லரசுகளின் சூழ்ச்சியினால் முடக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில் தற்காலிகமாக உருவாகியுள்ள அரசியல் வெற்றிடத்தை நிரப்பிட பேரினவாத சக்திகள் முயற்சிப்பதனை கவனத்தில் கொள்ளல் வேண்டும்.

அதிகார பலம்கொண்ட ஆட்சியாளர்கள், சில தமிழ் கட்சிகளையும் தனி நபர்களையும் தம்மோடு இணைத்து தமிழ் தேசியத்திற்கான அரசியல் தளத்தினை அழித்து விடலாமெனக் காய்களை நகர்த்துகிறார்கள்.

அதாவது தமிழினத்தின் அரசியல் பிரதிநிதித்துவமோ அல்லது இன அடையாளத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தும் கட்சிகளோ இல்லாத எல்லைக் கிராமங்களற்ற பெருந்தேசிய இராஜ்ஜியமொன்றை இலங்கையில் நிர்மாணிப்பதே பேரினவாதத்தின் இலட்சியம்.

இந்நிலையில், அவலத்தையும், அழிவுகளையும் தொடர்ந்து அனுபவித்து வரும் தாயக மக்களுக்கான சரியான அரசியல் தலைமையொன்று உருவாக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

அதனை தாயக மக்களும், போராட்டச் சக்திகளும் அங்குள்ள இடதுசாரி இயக்கங்களும் இணைந்தே கட்டியெழுப்ப வேண்டும். புலம்பெயர்நாட்டிலிருந்து தாயக மக்களுக்கான தலைமையை இறக்குமதி செய்ய முடியாது. போராடும் மண்ணின் மக்களே தமக்கான தலைமையை தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் உரித்துடையவர்கள். தாயக மக்களுக்கு மூச்சடைத்து விட்டது, அதனால் சுவாசிக்க வழியின்றி குரல் இழந்து போயுள்ளார்களென்று புலம்புபவர்கள், ஒடுக்கப்படும் மக்களே விடுதலைக்காகப் போராடுவார்கள் என்கிற எளிய உண்மையை புரிந்து கொள்ளவில்லை.

இந்தியாவுடன் பேசப் போகிறோம், நோர்வேயுடன் பேசிக் öகாண்டிருக்கிறோம் என்பவர்கள் கியூபா, சீனாவுடனும் பேசலாம். டானியல் ஒட்டேகாவின் நிக்கராகுவாவுடனும் பேசலாம்.

சர்வதேச சட்டங்களும் ஐ.நா. வின் எழுத்துருவிலுள்ள சரத்துகளும் முள்ளிவாய்க்காலில் அவலப்பட்ட மக்களைக் காப்பாற்ற முன்வரவில்லை. நியூயோர்க் மனித உரிமைக் கண்காணிப்பகமும் ஆசிய மனித உரிமைச் சங்கமும் சர்வதேச மன்னிப்புச் சபையும் மனிதக் கேடய விவகாரத்தை தூக்கிப் பிடித்து மனிதாபிமான அரசியலை நடத்தின.

இன்றும் கூட யுத்தக் குற்றச்சாட்டுகள் தொடர்பாக அறிக்கைப் போர் மட்டும் நடத்தப்படுகிறது.

இந்தச் சபைகள், அமைப்புகளை மீறி, பிராந்திய நலன் பேணும் அரசியலொன்று இயங்கிக் கொண்டிருப்பதை இவர்கள் அறிவார்கள்.

தற்போது காஸா மீது இஸ்ரேல் தொடுத்த பேõரில் நடைபெற்ற யுத்த குற்றங்கள் குறித்து விசாரணைகள் நடைபெறுகின்றன.

முடிவுகள் எதுவாக இருந்தாலும் தண்டனையிலிருந்து இஸ்ரேலைக் காப்பாற்ற

அமெரிக்காவும் மேற்குலக நண்பர்களும் துணை நிற்பார்களென்று யூதர்களுக்குப் புரியும்.

ஆகவே தாயக மக்களின் அரசியல் தளத்தினை பலப்படுத்த வேண்டிய சமகாலத் தேவையைப் புரிவதனை விடுத்து நாடு கடந்த தேசத்தை அமைப்பதால் மக்களுக்கான விடுதலை அரசியல் உயிர்த்தெழ முடியாது.

அமெரிக்கா ஏற்றுக் கொள்ள மறுப்பதால் இந்தியாவை அணுகிப் பார்க்கலாமென்று தாவிச் செல்லும் அரசியலை முன்னெடுக்காமல் சர்வதேச மக்களின் ஆதரவைத்

திரட்டும் பணியில் இவர்கள் ஈடுபடலாம்.

தீண்டத் தகாதவர்களாகக் கருதப்படும் சோசலிச நாடுகளையும் அணுகிப் பார்க்கலாம். மக்கள் புரட்சி மூலம் விடுதலை பெற்ற கியூபா, வியட்னாம் போன்ற நாடுகள் எம்மை புறக்கணித்து விட்டன என்கிற அங்கலாய்ப்பில் அவர்களைத் தூற்றுவதை விடுத்து அவர்கள் அவ்வாறான நிலைப்பாட்டினை மேற்கொண்டதற்கான காரணிகளையும் தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

இதுவரை நிகழ்ந்த ஈழ விடுதலைக்கான ஆயுதப் போராட்டமானது, மேற்குலக ஏகாதிபத்தியங்களுக்காக நடத்தப்பட்டது என்கிற கருத்தியலொன்று இவர்களிடம் காணப்படுகிறது.

இதனை மாற்றிட வேண்டிய அவசியம், தமிழ் மக்களிடையே இயங்கும் பொதுவுடமைச் சித்தாந்தத்தை ஏற்றுக் கொண்ட முற்போக்குச் சக்திகளõல் உணரப்படுகிறது.
